Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
• Manage online sales platforms, including Jumia and TikTok, to ensure smooth order processing.
• Oversee inventory management and stock control to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing exceptional service and resolving complaints.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and improve performance.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase online visibility and sales.
• Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate order fulfillment and delivery processes.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of online sales platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle customer service interactions professionally.
• Familiarity with logistics and inventory management processes.
