Job Description
The Driver will execute trips based on approved requests, maintain accurate vehicle records (logbooks, fuel forms, quarterly usage reports), perform basic vehicle upkeep, and ensure adherence to road safety and passenger-transport guidelines. The role includes timely delivery of customer mail, assisting with loading/unloading, and supporting administrative mobility needs across Kigali and beyond as required.

How to Apply
Drive company vehicles efficiently and safely; obey all traffic rules and regulations.
Execute trips per approved transport requests and schedules.
Record movements in the vehicle logbook; complete fuel consumption forms.
Conduct basic maintenance/upkeep and report any faults promptly.
Follow road safety and passenger transport guidelines at all times.
Assist with loading/unloading goods as needed.
Deliver customer mail promptly and courteously.
Prepare quarterly vehicle usage reports for accounting/management.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
High school diploma.
Valid Driving License Category B (min. 2 years’ professional experience; clean record).
Category A license is an asset.
Skills & Attributes
Knowledge of traffic laws; safe-driving habits.
Polite, respectful, professional; high integrity and discretion.
Organized, punctual, flexible; able to work under pressure.
Basic English and French; strong customer-service orientation.
