Job Description

The Graphic Design Specialists will collaborate with RDB teams to design visual and digital media assets for branding, marketing, and communication purposes. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts, designing promotional materials, producing infographics, animations, and assisting in Visit Rwanda campaigns. The role also requires ensuring consistency in online and offline brand presence, supporting RDB’s web and social media communications, and contributing to global campaigns that increase Rwanda’s visibility under strategic partnerships.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Arts, Communication Design, or Graphic Design with at least 3 years of relevant experience; OR

  • Master’s Degree in Visual Arts, Communication Design, or Graphic Design with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

  • Strong command of English; proficiency in French and Kinyarwanda is an added advantage.

  • Expertise in design software including Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver, PDF, and Flash.

  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.

  • Ability to design for both print and digital platforms.

  • Knowledge of photography, videography, and editing.

  • Strong creative and artistic direction skills.

  • Familiarity with multimedia design, digital media development, and interactive computing.

  • Highly organized, able to multitask in fast-paced environments.

  • Understanding of internet programming and scripting languages is an added advantage.
