SUMMARY
The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for obtaining new business opportunities for savings and loans through direct selling and bank product campaigns, ensuring the customer is well informed and always advised about the bank products.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Presenting, marketing and cross selling all FINCA products to potential clients by using promotional tools and mechanisms approved by FINCA Uganda management.
- Participating in training customers on FINCA Uganda services and products
- Establishing, developing and maintaining positive client relationships
- Performing cold-calling and door-to-door sales
- Analyzing the potential of the territory market and keeping track of sales and progress reports
- Resolving customer queries, inquiries and complaints as per the complaints management process.
