Job Description

Reporting to the Team Leader–DSR, the role holder will actively engage with customers to promote and sell the Bank’s loan products, asset financing solutions, and accounts. The DSR will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and provide accurate and timely reports to management. The position requires a self-motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree.

  • Experience: At least 1 year of professional work experience, with a minimum of 6 months in the banking industry. Previous experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.

  • Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Self-motivated and target-driven with good presentation abilities.

    • Good understanding of bank processes and procedures.

    • Strong networking and relationship management skills.

    • Ability to identify business opportunities through market intelligence.

    • Team player with leadership ability and ability to work independently.

    • Business acumen and a mature approach to external stakeholder engagement.
