Job Description
Reporting to the Team Leader–DSR, the role holder will actively engage with customers to promote and sell the Bank’s loan products, asset financing solutions, and accounts. The DSR will identify sales opportunities, develop relationships with potential clients, and provide accurate and timely reports to management. The position requires a self-motivated, target-driven individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and customer service.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Actively promote and sell dfcu Bank’s loans, asset products, and deposit accounts.
Identify sales opportunities and build long-term relationships with prospective clients.
Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales, prospects, and customer interactions.
Provide timely reports and updates to the Team Leader and other designated authorities.
Ensure compliance with dfcu Bank’s policies, operational guidelines, and regulatory standards.
Respond promptly to requests for clarification or information from internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with fellow DSRs and sales teams on joint assignments.
Participate in redeployment opportunities within dfcu Bank in line with competencies and experience.
Perform any other duties or projects assigned by management.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s degree.
Experience: At least 1 year of professional work experience, with a minimum of 6 months in the banking industry. Previous experience in direct sales or customer-facing roles is an added advantage.
Skills and Competencies:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with good presentation abilities.
Good understanding of bank processes and procedures.
Strong networking and relationship management skills.
Ability to identify business opportunities through market intelligence.
Team player with leadership ability and ability to work independently.
Business acumen and a mature approach to external stakeholder engagement.
