Job Description
The Direct Sales Agent (DSA) will report to the Shop Team Leader and play a vital role in driving sales targets through the promotion and sale of airtime, acquisitions, and devices. The DSA will be responsible for handling cash float, managing consignment stock, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. The role will also provide basic technical support to customers, particularly in configuring data devices, and contribute to implementing customer engagement strategies.

How to Apply
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets for airtime, acquisitions, and devices
Maintain accurate daily records of stock movements and reconcile inventory balances
Manage daily cash float and ensure all sales are properly accounted for
Provide technical assistance to customers, including device configuration
Contribute to customer experience improvement strategies to boost sales
Uphold financial controls, company processes, and operational policies
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance retention and loyalty
Academic and Professional Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in sales
Technical Competencies:
Sales and marketing skills
Product knowledge (especially telecom-related)
Upselling and cross-selling techniques
Strong problem-solving skills and solution-oriented approach
Customer relationship management expertise
