• Proactively engage and welcome walk-in customers with enthusiasm to drive interest and conversions
• Clearly explain Palm Pay’s device financing value proposition to potential customers
• Convert customer interest into completed applications and sales

Customer Screening & Onboarding

• Pre-qualify (vet) customers before initiating applications to ensure eligibility and reduce rejection rates
• Guide customers through the loan application and onboarding process smoothly
• Act as a liaison between customers and HQ operations to resolve onboarding issues quickly

Portfolio Quality & Collections Support

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage timely repayments
• Conduct proactive follow-ups to minimize defaults, especially First Payment Default (FPD1)
• Support overall portfolio health through continuous engagement

In-Store Marketing & Brand Representation

• Ensure Palmpay branding and product displays are visible, clean, and attractive
• Maintain compliance with pricing and promotional guidelines
• Create a positive brand experience to stand out in competitive retail environments

Target Achievement & Reporting

• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Accurately track and report sales activities and performance
• Contribute to overall team profitability through consistent performance
