Digital Marketing Officer

Location: Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Create engaging graphics and digital content for promotions and campaigns.
Manage and grow social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Support online product promotions across platforms including Jumia, Glovo, and GHL’s website.
Schedule and execute digital marketing campaigns.
Monitor and report on social media growth and campaign performance.
Ensure all content aligns with brand standards and complies with regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing or social media management.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, WhatsApp Business, and content scheduling tools.
Bonus: Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Jumia, Glovo) or within the health/pharmacy industry.
