About the Role:
Donswift Company is seeking a dynamic Catering Manager to oversee all catering operations. This role focuses on ensuring seamless coordination across departments, efficient resource management, and consistently high-quality service delivery. While prior catering experience is not mandatory, the ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage daily operations, collaborate with HR, and promote a positive work environment.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Oversee daily catering operations, ensuring timely, efficient, and quality service.
Collaborate with HR on staffing, performance management, and employee engagement.
Lead operational teams, delegate tasks, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
Act as the liaison between management, employees, and other departments to facilitate clear communication.
Identify and resolve operational challenges to improve efficiency and service standards.
Collect team feedback, encourage innovation, and implement process improvements.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
