Job Title:  Digital Marketing & Sales Executive (Fresher Jobs)

We believe that data saves lives, and we’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Sales Executive to help us scale our mission through effective online marketing and B2B outreach.

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead client acquisition, activation, and referrals using digital channels

  • Design and execute targeted LinkedIn advertising and B2B lead generation campaigns

  • Grow our brand presence through social media, email campaigns, and paid digital ads

  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing with business development goals

  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to potential clients

  • Create and manage content, including visuals, infographics, and social media creatives

  • Gather and report market insights and client feedback to inform product innovation

  • Maintain marketing and sales records and track campaign performance

  • Prepare and submit weekly reports on Key Performance Indicators

Qualifications, Education and Competencies

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Computing, IT, Communications, or related fields

  • 2+ years of digital marketing experience, especially in B2B sales

  • Proven expertise with LinkedIn advertising and digital lead generation

  • Knowledge of tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRMs, and email platforms

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) are an added advantage

  • Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented

  • Experience in running digital marketing campaigns

  • Proven track of digital conversion of leads to sales

  • Proven record of maximizing ad spend and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
