Job Description
The Digital Learning Specialist will lead the transition from traditional classroom-based training to blended and digital-first learning approaches. This includes developing and managing an e-learning platform or LMS, designing micro-learning and simulation-based content, and collaborating with subject matter experts to digitize technical and leadership programs. The specialist will curate content libraries, ensure compliance with aviation regulations, and promote the adoption of digital platforms among employees and managers. Additionally, the role will track the effectiveness of learning programs through analytics, gather feedback, and continuously benchmark best practices to deliver innovative and impactful digital learning solutions.

How to Apply
Lead the shift from classroom learning to blended and digital-first training solutions.
Develop and manage a Learning Management System (LMS) or e-learning platform.
Design micro-learning modules, simulations, and mobile learning content.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to digitize technical and leadership training.
Create engaging content using tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and Rise.
Curate external content libraries (LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, aviation-specific).
Ensure compliance with aviation learning standards and adult learning principles.
Support managers and employees in adopting e-learning platforms.
Launch on-demand resources accessible anytime and anywhere.
Monitor adoption and effectiveness of digital learning initiatives.
Track impact using dashboards and analytics.
Collect and act on employee feedback to enhance learning experiences.
Benchmark and recommend innovative digital learning technologies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education Technology, Instructional Design, Business IT, or a related field.
3–5 years’ experience in e-learning, digital content creation, or corporate learning & development.
Experience with LMS implementation or management.
Airline or aviation industry experience is an advantage.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication abilities.
Analytical skills with the ability to interpret learning data.
Agility and adaptability to changing business needs.
Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
Preferred
