Job Description
The Digital Audio Distribution lead person will manage the end-to-end coordination of radio and audio content across the client’s digital platform, ensuring timely uploads, accurate metadata, quality control, and smooth collaboration with partners, radio stations and internal team. The role supports content distribution, monitoring of audio and platform performance, and adherence to content and copyright standards, playing a critical role in delivering a reliable and consistent digital audio experience
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the collection, uploading, tagging, and scheduling of audio content from partner radio stations onto the aggregation platform, ensuring accuracy and timely publication.
- Monitor audio quality, file formats, metadata, and playback functionality across digital channels, reporting any technical or content-related issues for resolution.
- Coordinate with radio station content teams, presenters, and producers to ensure smooth content submission and adherence to agreed content guidelines.
- Maintain and update content logs, playlists, and digital asset records to ensure proper organization and traceability of audio files.
- Assist in the curation and organization of audio content such as shows, Spotify, podcasts, adverts, jingles, and special features across digital platforms.
- Support basic audio editing tasks where required, including trimming, formatting, and quality enhancement, in line with brand standards.
- Track content performance metrics such as uploads, downloads, listens, and engagement, and support the preparation of basic reports.
- Ensure compliance with copyright, content standards, and platform policies across all aggregated audio content.
- Support continuous improvement of digital audio workflows and assist with testing of new tools, platforms, or features
