Job Description

Job Title: Data Entrant / Documentation Assistant (No Experience Jobs)

Organisation: Agri Exim Limited

Duty Station: Mpererwe, Kampala, Uganda

Duties, Roles and Responsibilities

Collecting data for the preparation of Batch Production Reports (BPR’s)
Preparing BPR’s on timely basis and entering BPR data in production dispatch book.
Reconciliation of BPR; s with stock team whenever required.
Entering BPRs Data in SAP
Preparing Over time for production department
Preparing shift schedules for production staff.
Preparing list of health and safety requirements for production staff when required.
