How to Apply
Provide professional customer service, fostering long-term relationships with clients.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, offering effective solutions.
Guide clients through the land purchasing and title acquisition process.
Promote Luba Properties’ services to potential clients, offering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
Manage payment collection and follow up on any outstanding balances as required.
Work closely with the sales and administrative teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or collections is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
A diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred, but not mandatory.
