Job Description
The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the property purchase and post-sale process.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Providing accurate information about company products, services, and property offerings.
- Managing and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships.
- Coordinating with sales and other departments to address customer needs.
- Maintaining and updating customer records and interaction logs.
- Assisting clients through the property purchase process and documentation where required.
- Conducting customer feedback surveys and reporting insights to management.
- Supporting client onboarding and post-sale support services.
- Ensuring a positive and professional customer experience at all times.
