The Customer Relationship Manager will oversee stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between the organization and its partners. The role involves maintaining accurate records of engagements, supporting HR functions, and working closely with internal teams to provide timely services. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and experienced in customer and stakeholder relationship management.

How to Apply
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community members.
Maintain and update the organization’s CRM records and database.
Manage external communication, including outreach and follow-ups.
Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely support and services to stakeholders.
Support internal team functions, including HR-related tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in customer/client/community engagement, stakeholder management, or HR-related roles.
Experience working with NGOs is an added advantage.
Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email communication.
Experience using CRM systems or HR software is an added advantage.
