Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Requirements:
Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to guest relations or call center operations.
Additional training in customer care, CRM systems, or call center operations will be an added advantage.
Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth.
