Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with exposure to guest relations or call center operations.

  • Additional training in customer care, CRM systems, or call center operations will be an added advantage.

  • Strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to handle guest interactions with professionalism and warmth.
