Job Description
The Customer Experience Officers reports to the Branch Operations Manager and is responsible for responding to clients’ inquiries and complaints. The incumbent will also be required to guide the clients of Pride to select the most suitable products for them and open new accounts and handle account-related issues.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Cross sells company products to clients and always enhance / protect the reputation of the company.
Customer service data collection and analysis.
Handle customer complaints.
Generating Sales Leads.
Opening Customer accounts.
Carry out customer satisfaction surveys/market surveys.
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any Discipline
Candidates should also possess 2 principle passes at A’ Level and credit passes in English and Mathematics at O’ Level.
Should be willing to work in any part of the country.
Should be fluent in commonly used local languages.
Should have customer awareness and emotional intelligence skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have good verbal and written communication skills
Should not be more than 35 years of age.
