Job Description
The Customer Care Service Representative will work in the call center, handling incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving post-sale issues to ensure customer satisfaction. The Warehouse Attendant will assist in managing goods received, organizing warehouse operations, and supporting logistics processes with an understanding of procurement.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Care Service Representative:
Answer incoming customer calls
Resolve after-sales queries and complaints
Provide accurate product and order information
Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional interactions
Warehouse Attendant:
Assist in receiving and organizing goods
Support inventory tracking and updates
Ensure proper documentation for procurement and logistics activities
Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
