Job Description
Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of credit processes.
Support the branch or head office management in achieving credit growth targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and guide credit teams to ensure effective loan processing and portfolio management.
- Review and assess credit applications to ensure compliance with company policies and risk guidelines.
- Monitor loan performance and implement strategies to minimize credit risk and default rates.
- Provide leadership and support to Relationship Officers and credit staff.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of credit processes.
- Support the branch or head office management in achieving credit growth targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
