Job Description
As the guardian of Greenspoon's brand, the Creative Lead will ensure a consistent and engaging visual and tonal presence across all customer touchpoints. The role involves leading the creative direction for marketing campaigns, social media content, product packaging, and performance advertising. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with internal teams and manage a network of external creatives to ensure high-quality output aligned with the brand. This position requires a balance of creative vision, hands-on design skills, and efficient project management. The Creative Lead will also be expected to develop scalable design systems, direct photo/video shoots, and edit content when needed, all while working within budgetary and time constraints.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Own and evolve Greenspoon’s visual identity and brand tone.
Lead creative execution across campaigns, product launches, packaging, digital ads, and social content.
Work hands-on in design, motion graphics, and video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
Build scalable templates and creative systems for multi-channel use.
Manage a network of freelance designers, illustrators, and videographers.
Ensure all creative work is on-brand, high quality, and delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and commercial teams.
Maintain organized creative workflows and prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ensure a balance between creativity and performance-based output.
Champion brand storytelling and visual excellence.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum 5 years' experience in creative roles, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands.
A strong portfolio demonstrating range and depth of creative work.
Experience in managing freelancers or creative teams.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro, or CapCut.
Strong sense of brand building, storytelling, and visual identity.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and within budget.
Creative thinker with clean, modern design sensibilities.
Passionate about e-commerce, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
Positive attitude with a proactive and collaborative mindset.
