Job Description
The Business Development and Operations Manager will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales through multiple marketing channels. The successful candidate will deliver superior customer experiences, manage and nurture long-term client relationships, and lead and mentor the internal team. The role also entails overseeing the daily business operations, ensuring that all functions align with organizational goals and meet client expectations.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Minimum Requirements:

In-depth understanding of the tours and travel sector operations.
Proven expertise in sales, marketing, and negotiation techniques.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and results-focused individual.
