Job Description
Job Title: Country Manager
Organisation: Science Teaching and Innovations Africa
Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our operations in Uganda, with a primary focus on resource mobilization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in fundraising, partnership development, and strategic leadership to drive the financial sustainability and long-term growth of STIA’s mission in Uganda

How to Apply
Lead and execute resource mobilization efforts, including donor engagement, grant writing, and development of sustainable financing strategies
Drive the strategy and direction of STIA in Uganda, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, government agencies, partners, and other stakeholders
Oversee program delivery, staff management, and operational performance
Ensure quality, impact, and accountability across all initiatives
Minimum 7 years of experience in education, development, or non-profit leadership, with at least 3 years in fundraising or resource mobilization roles
Demonstrated success in securing funding from institutional donors, foundations, or corporate partners
Strong program and team management skills
Excellent communication, networking, and strategic thinking abilities
Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Commitment to education, innovation, and youth empowerment
