Job Title: Country Manager

We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Country Manager to lead our operations in Uganda, with a primary focus on resource mobilization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong track record in fundraising, partnership development, and strategic leadership to drive the financial sustainability and long-term growth of STIA’s mission in Uganda

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in education, development, or non-profit leadership, with at least 3 years in fundraising or resource mobilization roles

  • Demonstrated success in securing funding from institutional donors, foundations, or corporate partners

  • Strong program and team management skills

  • Excellent communication, networking, and strategic thinking abilities

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)

  • Commitment to education, innovation, and youth empowerment
