Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate passenger sales activities within Uganda including planning, budgeting, and implementation
- Drive achievement of passenger revenue targets, sales targets, and market share objectives
- Manage relationships with travel agencies, consolidators, tour operators, and travel trade partners
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate organisations, government institutions, NGOs, and diplomatic missions
- Drive growth in website, mobile, airport, city ticket office, and call centre sales
- Oversee coordination of ticketing and reservation sales support activities
- Monitor daily sales reporting and reconciliation activities
- Ensure high standards of customer service across domestic sales channels
- Monitor competitor pricing, schedules, promotions, and market positioning
- Supervise and support domestic sales teams and assigned support staff
