We’re looking for a Corporate You will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and managing corporate clients who need transportation and delivery services.Representative to join our Business Partnerships team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, self-driven individual with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in identifying, acquiring, and managing corporate clients who need transportation and delivery services.

1. Business Development & Client Acquisition
Identify and approach potential corporate clients in Uganda
Build a strong B2B sales pipeline through cold calls, referrals, networking, and events
Conduct market research to understand client needs and transportation challenges
2. Account Management
Act as the main contact for corporate clients
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers and finance teams
Conduct regular check-ins and manage contract renewals
Explore upsell opportunities within existing accounts
3. Sales & Negotiation
Present tailored transport solutions to clients
Prepare proposals and sales presentations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and SLAs in collaboration with legal and finance teams
4. Product Expertise
Maintain in-depth knowledge of SafeBoda’s B2B offerings
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products
Offer consultative selling to meet clients’ unique needs
5. Reporting & Performance
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Track activities, pipeline progress, and client interactions in CRM tools
Generate sales reports and usage insights for internal teams
6. Collaboration
Work closely with Operations to ensure top-tier service delivery
Coordinate with Marketing on corporate campaigns
Partner with Customer Success to resolve escalated client issues
Train clients on how to use our platform and features
7. Market Feedback
Provide actionable feedback to product and operations teams
Stay active in industry events to gather intelligence and boost visibility
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree or certification in Sales, Marketing, or related field
Proven experience in B2B sales or account management
Strong communication and presentation skills
Fluent in English; confident using Google Suite and CRM software
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and high integrity
