Ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met at all times, including proper storage, handling and disposal of food.

Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, dining area and equipment, following the school cleaning schedule and procedures.

Ordering, receiving and managing food supplies and inventory, ensuring minimal waste and optimal use of resources.

Working as part of a team with other Cooks, Kitchen Assistants and Catering Manager, communicating effectively and supporting each other.

Providing excellent customer service to students and staff, responding to feedback and requests in a courteous and professional manner.
