Job Description
The Infectious Diseases Institute is seeking a Training & Digital Solutions Expert to modernize research training materials and develop digital solutions. The role focuses on organizing training content using visual storytelling and implementing virtual engagement platforms.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Organize existing training materials on Principles of Management Excellence for research training, using graphics, infographics, and visual storytelling.
- Design and implement a virtual community platform with French and English language support, enabling alumni engagement, networking, and knowledge sharing.
- Automate a pre-course assessment tool for potential trainees, with results generated and presented in statistical form for trainers and program managers.
