Job Description
The organization seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions.
Credit Officers – 3 (Three) positions.
Reports to: Branch Manager
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Mobilize clients and market SACCO loan products
- Assess loan applications and evaluate client creditworthiness
- Monitor loan repayment performance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Conduct field visits and customer appraisals
- Ensure compliance with lending procedures and policies
