Job Description
The organization seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions.
Operations Manager – 1 (One) position.
Reports to: General Manager.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day SACCO operations and branch activities
- Supervise staff performance and ensure operational efficiency
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Monitor financial performance and operational targets
- Coordinate customer service delivery and member satisfaction
- Support strategic planning and business growth initiatives
