Job Description
The organization seeks to recruit qualified persons to fill the following vacant positions.
IT Officer – 1 (One) position.
Reports to: Head of IT.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to staff and management
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Ensure system security and data backup management
- Monitor internet and network connectivity
- Support implementation of digital systems within the SACCO
