Job Description
The Compound Cleaner ensures the upkeep of outdoor areas including walkways, parking spaces, and gardens. The role involves daily sweeping, waste disposal, basic landscaping tasks, and reporting any hazards or maintenance needs. The cleaner plays an essential role in promoting hygiene and safety standards within the compound to support smooth and professional humanitarian operations.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Clean and sweep outdoor areas such as pathways, parking lots, and entrances.
Remove litter, leaves, debris, and ensure proper waste disposal.
Maintain drainage systems, keeping them free from clogs.
Support landscaping tasks: trimming, grass cutting, and watering plants.
Follow safety procedures while handling tools and cleaning agents.
Report any repair needs, unsafe conditions, or security concerns.
Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of compound at all times.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
