Job Description
Are you passionate about creating positive change in communities? Do you have a talent for connecting with people and making a meaningful impact? Join us as a Community Engagement Specialist and help us support education for vulnerable children across Uganda!
As a Community Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a vital role as the bridge between our organization and the communities we serve.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Key Duties and Responsibilities: Your main responsibilities will include:
Identifying and Assessing Beneficiaries: Locating children who meet the program’s criteria and assessing their eligibility for financial aid.
Community Outreach: Engaging with local leaders, schools, and community organizations to raise awareness and reach potential beneficiaries.
Data Collection and Reporting: Documenting and reporting on beneficiaries’ needs, ensuring accurate records for program support.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
Background in social work, community development, or related fields.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in diverse communities.
Experience in community engagement, outreach, or beneficiary support preferred.
