The Commercial Project Officer will be responsible for developing and executing project plans that align with organizational objectives. This position involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project budgets, engaging with stakeholders such as NGOs and government agencies, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs. The Officer will support data collection, reporting, quality assessments, and training initiatives to enhance project impact and sustainability.

How to Apply
Develop and implement project plans in line with company goals and deadlines
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed
Engage with stakeholders including government entities, NGOs, and community organizations
Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and training events
Assist in project budgeting and monitor financial performance
Oversee data collection and analyze project outcomes for reporting and recommendations
Conduct quality assurance evaluations and ensure adherence to standards
Maintain detailed and accurate project documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration
Provide training and support to staff, partners, and community stakeholders
Identify opportunities for capacity building and professional development
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Project Management, Sustainable Development, or a related field
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the clean cooking or environmental sector
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good analytical, data interpretation, and reporting skills
Excellent verbal and written communication in English and French or Portuguese
Experience in clean cooking or last-mile distribution projects is an added advantage
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with a proactive attitude
