Role Purpose & Scope
The Commercial Director leads UBL’s Commercial team (both permanent and contractual staff), setting and executing the commercial strategy to meet key performance objectives. The role involves:
Defining sales strategy and securing Board approval
Leading sales operations for both Distributor and Retail channels
Managing targets across profit, volume, and market share
Deploying modern planning tools, technology, and systems to drive performance

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
Master’s degree preferred
Experience
At least 7 years in senior management roles
Proven track record in sales and marketing management
Deep understanding of:
New Product Development (NPD)
Distribution strategies
Sales forecasting and pricing
Advertising, promotions, and PR
Marketing planning and control systems
