Job Description
Job Title: Clinic Diet Coordinator
Organisation: Newrest Uganda Inflight Services
Duty Station: Entebbe Airport, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain clinical diet nutrition protocols, policies, and procedures.
Monitor diet progress and provide diet nutritional counseling to ensure health outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized nutrition plans for patients.
Educate production staff on diet nutrition-related topics.
Monitor compliance with nutrition-related standards and regulations.
Analyze required data to develop effective nutrition plans.
Evaluate the effectiveness of diet plans and make necessary adjustments.
Participate in food services in the clinical setting, including ordering and purchasing food supplies.
Ensure quality control and sanitation standards in the clinical kitchen.
Maintain accurate diet records and document all nutrition-related activities.
Participate in continuous diet quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Need to have background in a hospital environment experience
At least 5 years of experience (Senior level)
BTEC Higher National Diploma, Diploma of Higher Education
