Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive new clients information and co-ordinate handover tasks from sales and marketing teams.
- Understand client needs and align them with company solutions.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Track, manage, and resolve client issues or complaints promptly.
- Identify potential up-sell and cross-sell opportunities where need be and share with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate client records and feedback requests for management and line managers.
