Partner / Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) Job at Matalisi

Job Description
We are now seeking a Partner & Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to co-build, scale, and commercialize Matalisi across multiple markets.
The Opportunity
This is not a conventional employment role. We are looking for a commercial co-founder / partner who will:
- Invest financially in the business
- Lead revenue growth and partnerships
- Drive market expansion and monetization strategies
- Share in ownership, upside, and long-term value creation
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Own and execute Matalisi’s commercial strategy across B2C, B2B, and institutional markets
- Lead e-commerce growth, customer acquisition, and revenue optimization
- Build and manage strategic partnerships (corporates, institutions, vendors, payment providers)
- Drive business development, deal structuring, and market entry strategies
- Support fundraising, investor relations, and resource mobilization
- Establish scalable sales and partner ecosystems across target locations
