Tunga Academy is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial leader to take the helm as CEO. This is a unique opportunity for a driven individual to lead an impactful and growing educational institution, playing a pivotal role in shaping the careers of African professionals.
As CEO, you will guide the Academy’s strategic direction, oversee operations, drive innovation, and explore new opportunities for growth and sustainability.

How to Apply
Provide strategic leadership and manage day-to-day operations of Tunga Academy.
Oversee and support the academy team, including experienced trainers.
Expand the academy’s offerings and explore new markets and revenue streams.
Enhance brand visibility and credibility through strong positioning and outreach.
Serve as project manager for subsidized projects (two currently in the pipeline).
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and partners.

Essential:
Proven entrepreneurial mindset or experience.
Long-term commitment to the Academy’s mission.
Open to performance-based compensation and entrepreneurial risk.
Strong alignment with Tunga’s vision and culture.
Demonstrated professionalism and strong work ethic.
Preferred:
Cross-cultural work experience.
Background in education and talent development.
Bonus:
Prior experience with Tunga.
An existing business in a related sector.
Familiarity with venture capital or startup funding.
