How to Apply
Plan, prepare, and serve meals that meet hotel standards and guest expectations.
Manage food preparation for daily services (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) and special events.
Ensure food quality, portion control, and attractive presentation.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in line with food safety regulations.
Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and minimize food waste.
Develop and update seasonal menus based on guest preferences and available ingredients.
Follow all hotel policies and health & safety guidelines.
Provide training and supervision to junior kitchen staff.
Previous experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel or restaurant setting.
Formal training in culinary arts or equivalent certification.
Strong knowledge of diverse cuisines and cooking techniques.
Proven leadership and kitchen management skills.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Working Conditions:
Busy and high-temperature kitchen environment.
Long periods of standing and occasional lifting of equipment or supplies.
