Job Description
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive payments through various modes (cash, mobile money, cards) and issue official receipts
- Reconcile daily cash collections and prepare end-of-day reports
- Safeguard cash and other financial instruments throughout the shift
- Verify insurance and billing details for patients before processing payments
- Liaise with the accounts department on discrepancies and billing queries
- Ensure proper documentation of all transactions
- Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and visitors
- Maintain compliance with C-Care financial policies and procedures
