Job Description
Masha Foods is seeking several Cashiers to handle customer transactions efficiently and provide excellent service at the point of sale. The ideal candidates will be responsible for processing payments accurately, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Process customer payments accurately using cash and electronic systems
- Issue receipts and maintain transaction records
- Handle cash, mobile money, and card transactions responsibly
- Balance cash registers at the start and end of shifts
- Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries politely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier station
- Assist in resolving customer concerns in a professional manner
- Support daily sales reporting and accountability
