Job Description
Job Title: Card Compliance Officer

Duty Station: Kampala, Uganda
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Card deliverables.
The Card Compliance Analyst reconciles card inventory on a weekly basis.
Ensure compliance to the card approval process for cards under production, stock of blank cards, issued cards to CSC and PSL.
Perform weekly revalidation of cards created and issued during the revalidation exercise.
Validate the execution of customer instructions shared through hard copies for accuracy and completeness.
Perform a daily reconciliation of PSL and SAP.
Cards Compliance supports the business on all customer related queries and seeks to resolve such queries within a 24hr period.
Perform assurance checks to highlight possible fraudulent events or practices on the platform.
Perform weekly card penetration checks and validate the nature of transactions.
Perform ad-hoc site reviews based on the penetration reports to promote adherence to policy by retailers.
Ensure that all payments through card for marketing campaigns are implemented within the agreed controls.
Pcard deliverables:
Monitor the pcard tracker to ensure that all pcard spends settled are tracked at every approval stage.
Updating settlement status for all P-card users on a weekly basis
Ensuring that all spends are in line with the P-card policy.
Being a point of reference for all P-card related matters.

Key Challenges: · The incumbent will have to be a self-starter, highly motivated and assertive in order to develop this product and role to its full potential. · Change management and successfully supporting the card implementation and migration of existing B2B customers to the product. · Managing interfaces with Retail, B2B. Credit, Customer Service and other departments effectively
Qualifications, Education and Competencies

Strong relationship management skills and ability to work with and mange diverse stakeholders.
Strong team and communication skills
