Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical, Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong understanding of the sales process and customer service principles.
