Job Description
Actively participate in team meetings, engage in sales activities over the phone, collect payments, and address issues related to tracker functionality.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle customer and staff inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Educate current and potential customers about product and service offerings.
- Make and receive calls as assigned by the designated supervisor.
- Accurately update communication logs for every customer interaction.
- Actively participate in team meetings, engage in sales activities over the phone, collect payments, and address issues related to tracker functionality.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records.
