Job Description
We Are Hiring – Call Center Counselors (6 Positions)
Sauti116 Helpline is looking for passionate individuals to join our team and support clients through the 116 Helpline.
The Call Center Counselor will handle incoming calls on the 116 Helpline, providing emotional support, guidance, and referrals to clients in need. The role requires professionalism, empathy, and the ability to handle sensitive cases effectively.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to calls on the 116 Helpline
- Provide counseling and psychosocial support to clients
- Identify and assess cases related to child protection and social welfare
- Record and document call information accurately
- Refer cases to relevant service providers and authorities
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to safeguarding standards
- Follow up on cases where necessary to ensure appropriate support
