How to Apply
Develop and deliver training programs aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Instruct students in in-flight safety, emergency response, passenger handling, and cabin crew responsibilities.
Provide practical training in safety drills, first aid, and fire-fighting techniques.
Assess student progress through exams, practical exercises, and evaluations.
Guide students in personal grooming, communication, and teamwork skills.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate them into training materials.
Requirements:
Minimum of a diploma in cabin crew training.
At least 2-3 years of professional experience as a cabin crew member or instructor.
Certification as a Cabin Crew Trainer from a recognized aviation organization (e.g., ICAO, IATA).
Proficiency in aviation safety, emergency procedures, and first aid.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
General Requirements for All Instructor Roles:
Strong proficiency in English (oral and written).
Advanced computer skills, particularly in training tools and software.
A passion for teaching and mentoring students to achieve their career goals.
