Job Description
We are seeking qualified and experienced Business Executives – NCU to source new business and service existing clients. The objective is to maximize revenue generation and collections in line with NMG-U’s business goals.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Aggressively grow the courier business.
Conduct routine sales visits to potential and existing clients with the aim of expanding NCU’s courier business.
Collect dues on courier services sold on credit.
Maintain sales contacts with appropriate representatives of major courier clients and follow up to resolve any complaints.
Develop prospects of potential clients.
Submit full details of all potential courier clients to the NCU Business Manager.
Provide regular sales and collection reports to the Business Manager.
Handle customer complaints and provide feedback to enhance customer satisfaction and grow the client portfolio.
Facilitate signing of courier agreements with confirmed clients.
