About Sprint Uganda:
Job Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a critical role in expanding Sprint Uganda’s market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic sales and partnerships.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships through regular engagement.
Prepare and present proposals, sales reports, and forecasts to management.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns and promotional strategies.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
Monitor industry trends, market activity, and competitors.
Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and trade shows.

Qualifications, Education and Competencies
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with the Ugandan digital/tech sector is a plus.
