Develop tailored proposals and presentations to meet client needs.
Partnership Development:
Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to create mutually beneficial partnerships.
Revenue Growth and Sales:
Set and achieve sales targets in line with the company’s growth objectives.
Develop pricing strategies and sales tactics to drive profitability.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies.
Provide insights to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
Reporting and Analytics:
Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is an advantage.
Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (typically 3–5+ years).
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and market research tools.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Adaptability to changing market conditions and business needs.
