Job Opportunities – Instawash Uganda
Applicants must reside within Kampala or in close proximity to Bukoto–Kisaasi Road. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving company growth through client acquisition, strategic partnerships, market expansion, and revenue generation.
Duties, Roles and Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
Develop and implement sales and growth strategies aligned with company goals
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients
Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals
Monitor sales performance and prepare management reports
Lead and supervise sales and operations teams to achieve targets
